BlackRazor Construction is a custom design-build firm serving 30A and the surrounding coast and builds upon more than a decade of residential renovation and development experience, with projects completed since 2014.
We're a husband-and-wife team — builder and designer — which means the process is fully integrated. There's no coordination between separate companies, no conflicting visions. Every project is handled by the same two people from concept through completion.
We specialize in short-term rentals, custom renovations, and new construction. We also own and operate our own STRs — properties we've designed, built, and renovated firsthand. That dual perspective as both builders and operators informs every decision, from material selection to layout and strategy.
Clients work directly with us throughout the entire process. We operate as a boutique firm, taking on a curated number of projects to ensure each receives focused attention and craftsmanship. Our approach is built on clear communication, thoughtful execution, and construction that performs in coastal conditions.
