Originally constructed in the 1980s, this bayfront residence retained much of its original cabinetry, carpet, and interior finishes. While the house offered remarkable waterfront views, the interior no longer reflected the character of its setting. The renovation reimagined the home with a refined coastal vision, introducing natural wood finishes, clean architectural lines, and layered textures inspired by the surrounding bay landscape. Custom cabinetry, warm brass fixtures, and modern surfaces define the kitchen and baths, while new flooring, millwork, and lighting create a timeless coastal retreat centered around light and water views.
