The original bathroom was stripped to its framing to address aging systems and an inefficient layout. The redesigned space introduces rich materials, refined millwork, and a spacious shower and clawfoot tub to create a luxurious and highly functional primary bath.

Once a dated exterior with worn materials and minimal landscape presence, the home's entry approach lacked definition and visual balance. Thoughtful updates to the garage facade, hardscape, and surrounding landscape reestablished the property's architectural character and created a more welcoming arrival experience.

Previously a carpeted and underutilized space, the upper breezeway has been transformed into a bright and versatile living area or fitness room. Updated windows, refined finishes, and a dramatic polished epoxy floor create a distinctive space that connects light, architecture, and modern functionality.

What was once a neglected and unfinished powder room has been completely reimagined. Custom wall paneling, warm brass fixtures, and classic materials transform the compact space into an elegant and memorable interior space.

The original stairwell showed significant wear and lacked the craftsmanship appropriate for the home's character. Rebuilt with custom woodwork and carefully detailed iron balustrades, the staircase now serves as the refined architectural centerpiece of the foyer.
